About this fundraiser:
All Burton Hill Students, faculty, volunteers and participating families will walk a route through the neighborhood surrounding the school. Unlike some walkathons, we are not collecting pledges for distance a child walks, rather each child will solicit and collect sponsorships up-front for participating in the walk, however all students regardless of the amount of money raised will be able to participate in the event on October 26th. All sponsorships should be collected during our donation drive September 21-October 19th. We are aiming at 100% participation. If each child collects at least $50.00 we will be almost at our goal. Our Goal is $35,000. Your contribution is tax deductible. Our tax ID number is 06-1820526. The PTO will use the money raised to help get learning material and help with all projects at my school.
