Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers on May 24th and running my best at the Field Elementary Jog-a-thon. This event raises money for classroom wishlists to be fulfilled and for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with Science, Art, Drama and other programs that are essential but no longer provided by our education system.

I would appreciate it (and so would my 300 schoolmates) if you could help support me.

Field Elementary’s PTA is hosting the school’s Spring Jog-a-thon on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. Our focus this year is to support teachers by fulfilling their classroom wish lists. We aim to extend learning outside the classroom to create well-rounded students through educational enrichment activities.These may include activities like bringing in classroom presenters from Fleet Science Center, classroom books and curricula, an after school STEAM club, Folklorico Dance, and Family Science nights.
