About this fundraiser:

LZBSA is holding a Hit-a-thon to raise funds to rebuild Chestnut Corners field and install batting cages (subject to village approval).

MVP Sports Academy is sponsoring the Hit-a-thon by hosting the event at their facility. The kids will be using HitTrax technology during the Hit-a-thon.

HitTrax is the first and only baseball data capture and simulation system that provides powerful combination of performance data and entertainment value. HitTrax allows the hitters to take at-bats in any of the MLB stadiums adjusted for their age level. It's a lot of fun! Go to www.hittrax.com for more info on HitTrax.

It will be a great event! The kids will have a blast and the funds raised will go towards facility improvements.

LZBSA is a non-profit youth sports organization and receives zero tax dollars from any governmental entity. Operating expenses and capital improvements are covered by registration fees, generous sponsors and fundraisers. Operating expenses include field maintenance, umpires, equipment, uniforms, insurance, etc. Fundraisers like these help us to take on bigger renovation projects.
