About this fundraiser:

The families for Beekmantown HS Juniors (Class of 2026) are seeking help from everyone to support an After Prom Party for the students on May 17, 2025. For more than 25 years the Beekmantown community has generously supported our high school in providing an after-prom party to allow our students to celebrate this milestone in a drug and alcohol-free environment. Community assistance is critical in assuring the continued success of this event.
This year more than ever we need to utilize social media to fundraise. We hope to make it bigger and better than ever to encourage all of our students attending prom to participate. Our goal as a school community is to keep our students safe!
In order to make this event a success for our students we hope to provide activities and prizes that entice all prom attendees to take part. With donations and fundraising our goal is to provide activities such as, an inflatable obstacle course, a local magician, tarot card reader, bonfire, outdoor movie, with prizes, ice cream sundae bar, pizza, popcorn machine, snow cone machine and much more. This event is held at Beekmantown High School under the supervision of Administration, volunteer staff, family, and community members at the conclusion of the prom and throughout the night. No student will leave the event without a chaperone contacting home and no one can return once they leave the event. At the conclusion of the party, all students still in attendance will receive door prizes. With your donations, we hope to make these prizes appealing enough to stay for the night.
We could not provide this wonderful opportunity and the fun things we plan to do without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. This fundraising will now contribute any unspent funds to upcoming after prom parties at Beekmantown High School for classes to follow.
