About this fundraiser:

Dear Friends and Family,

We are lacing up our sneakers next month and walking our best at the Henley Elementary Walk-a-thon. This event raises money for me and my classmates to attend outdoor school in our sixth grade year at Henley Elementary.

Outdoor school is an opportunity that we look forward to. It gives us a chance to expand our education of other environmental communities.

Each year our walk-a-thon fundraising funds accumulate for each grade. For example: Kindergarteners will have accumulated six years of walk-a-thon funds to pay for cost of travel, accommodations, and outdoor school.

With the help of everyone we hope to begin funding outdoor school for our Henley Elementary 6th graders.

We believe this is possible because of the incredible students that attend our school, the awesome staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning and more importantly the incredible support of our families.

We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your monetary support.

Please know that no amount is too small. We would appreciate it (and so would the students) if you could help support.
