Dear Friends and Family,

I am participating in the 2020 Hit-A-Thon and Skills Challenge for Seaview Little League. The money raised will be used to fund upgrades to the fields and enable the league to provide quality equipment. Although the target for each player is $100, me and my teammates are trying to raise a lot more for a chance to win some great prizes (including baseball equipment, gift certificates, camp scholarships and more).

Pledges can be based on either my number of hits (a minimum of 7 or maximum of 10 will be counted) or you can designate a specific amount to give. We’re shooting for high participation, so please know that no amount is too small!

Your support means so much to me, thank you!

About this fundraiser:

Spring 2020 baseball has arrived at Seaview Little League! Practices are underway and opening day is a day away. In addition, Seaview’s Hit-a-Thon and Skills Challenge also has arrived!

The Hit-a-Thon and Skills Challenge is Seaview's biggest fundraiser of the year. The money raised is pumped directly back into the league in the form of improvements to our fields and procurement of quality equipment our players. Funds raised from past events have allowed Seaview to install batting cages, add shade screens to dugouts, purchase new player's equipment, erect new score booths on 3 fields, improve fencing and much more. This year will be no different, the league has already begun to implement many improvements to the fields that will enhance the experience for all Seaview families. Planned capital improvement projects for this season involve outfitting our new snack bar & restroom facilities, continued repair/replacement of fencing/netting, new umpire facilities as well as irrigation system improvements to keep our fields in pristine shape. If the league is able to hit our $50,000 goal for this fundraiser, we will also start the process of adding spectator shading on the fields.

Our event will be different from previous years. The event will take place on March 28. We will have food trucks, bounce houses, dunk tanks and a day full of baseball activities to keep our families busy. Additionally, we've revamped our prize structure to include some really great prizes for the kids.
