Dear Friends and Family,

I'm participating in my Little League's annual hit-a-thon fundraiser. Funds raised during this years event will help cover important costs related to providing a safe and fun facility.

Examples of the types of projects this event will support are replacing sections of torn netting, repairing the roofs of the dugouts, and repairing fencing surrounding the fields.

I'm going to get 5 pitches at practice, and I'm asking for sponsors to aid in my attempt to raise much needed funds. Will you help me reach my fundraising goal by making a pledge per foot in distance of my longest hit or by making a simple flat donation?

About this fundraiser:

We are a league of longstanding tradition where player learning thrives and players feel good about themselves on and off the field. We believe that this is because of the incredible players in the program, the awesome coaching staff, and more importantly the incredible support of our community. We could not engage in the amazing learning opportunities without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.

All teams where each player raises at least $50 will earn tickets to a Clearwater Threshers game.

The team who raises the most earns a trip to the Rays game on May 10th.

Individual prizes go to the top 5 players who raise the most funds.

Individual trophies for the longest hit per division.

***Cash Donations can be provided directly to the player/player parent. These donations will be entered in after the pledge sheets are collected***

Your donations will help pay for:

• Safety upgrades such as netting and fencing
• Facility maintenance and upgrades such as dugout roofs
• Equipment upgrades i.e. helmets, face masks,catchers gear
