I am excited to be playing ball in the B.A.L. this year, and can't wait to participate in the Hit-A-Thon on our Opening Day, May 14th! There are going to be awesome team and individual participant prizes, but more importantly this event raises money for my league to cover the financial needs that keep it going strong!

I would appreciate it (and so would the players from the 46 other teams in the league) if you could help support me with your pledge.

I promise to have fun, and give it my very best at the Hit-A-Thon, and during the rest of the season!

About this fundraiser:

The Bennington Athletic League is a community youth sports organization comprised of 47 Baseball, Softball and T-ball/Coach Pitch Teams, and is supported by a parent "volunteer" army who "Make the Magic Happen" every spring and summer for our youth.

Your generous pledge for your B.A.L. Hit-A-Thon player(s) will support and help fund the needs of our growing league as our community expands to include coach and player skill development, equipment purchases, facilities maintenance and improvements, along with long term capital expansion projects.

Asking our players and their friends and family to participate in this fundraising event not only encourages pride and involvement in their community, but it also gives those pledging the opportunity to support an organization that has become a community partner in Bennington over the last two decades, and will continue to do so in years to come. .

In addition to the three hundred plus games that will be played at our facility during our 2016 season, we are also hosting both Baseball and Softball Competitive Tournaments for our youth....bringing players in from over thirty communities in both Nebraska, and our surrounding states. We are very proud of our B.A.L. Complex, and it is considered to be one of the best facilities in our region --- the facility quality and experience we provide during these tournaments for attendees would not be possible without your pledge of support!
