Dear Friends and Family,

The second annual Highland Marching Band's "Trojan Pride March-a-Thon" is upon us. We ask for modest pledges for each hour that I march during band camp (possibly as long as 80 hours!). Funds raised go towards instruments, travel expenses, uniforms, and more.

Will you help by pledging even as little as 50 cents per hour? That's a fraction of a penny per step!

Thank you for any and all support you can provide! Band Camp is a rewarding experience, and the life lessons I learn through band will continue to benefit me for years to come.

About this fundraiser:

Our Marching Program is dedicated to giving students the opportunity to grow musically, socially, and academically. Through marching band, students learn teamwork. They learn how to grow from adversity by taking constructive feedback to fuel them to make themselves better. They learn time management, balancing school, homework and practice. They get in more physical activity than most sports teams with many hours on the field practicing their show while carrying their instruments. They learn discipline and dedication.

We could not provide all this without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
