Dear Friends and Family,

I'm participating in my team's hit-a-thon. Funds raised will help cover important costs, including our capital improvement projects and much more.

I'm going to get 10 pitches at practice, and I'm asking for sponsors to aid in my attempt to raise much needed funds. Will you help me reach my fundraising goal by making a pledge per hit or by making a simple flat donation? If I raise the most money I'll also get a special prize.
