Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers this month and walking my best at my school's Fall Festival walk-a-thon. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event fosters and builds our Lincoln community, promotes overall heath and fitness, and helps raise money for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with programs such as Book Fair, Family Science Night, Pastries With Parents, Science Fair, Project Cornerstone, Reflections, Yearbook, Math Olympiad, Ice Cream Social, recreational equipment, and school assemblies. This year, we are also adding the goal of raising enough funds for all Lincoln Elementary classes at all grade levels to participate in a field trip of the classroom’s choice.

I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a simple tax deductible flat donation/pledge?

We believe that this is because of the incredible students that attend our school, the awesome and amazing teachers and staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning, and more importantly the incredible support of our families and community. We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your support and contributions. Please know that no amount is too small. Contest Prizes Offered for the Fundraising Goal of $50 per Student:

• 1st Place - The student collecting the most sponsorship pledges will be awarded a 128GB iPad.*
• 2nd Place - The student in 2nd place in total sponsorship will be awarded “Principal for a Day”.*
• 3rd Place - The student in 3rd place in total sponsorship will be awarded “Ride With the Sheriff”.*
• Classroom prizes for K-3rd and 4th/5th based on the most number of students collecting $25 or more in total pledges for each class (in case of a tie, the classroom with the most total pledges will be considered, followed by a drawing to break any additional ties):
1st Prize – Pizza party
2nd Prize – Popsicle party
• Pledges of $50 or more: All students with pledges totaling in this range will receive a Lincoln Mist 'N Sip water bottle (one per student)

*Minimum of $125. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be conducted to determine winner placement order.
