The best school fundraiser is the one that excites your community and aligns with your timeline and budgetary needs. 99Pledges enables you to run easy, affordable fundraisers. Peer-to-peer campaigns are our favorite fundraisers because they involve your school’s wider community and get kids involved in fundraising.
When hosting a fundraiser for elementary school students, you need to consider the needs of both kids and parents. Elementary students require more supervision, and parents often want to be involved in these fundraisers but may have limited time or bandwidth to contribute.
If you want to host an easy, profitable fundraiser, peer-to-peer or “thon” events are your best bet. Walk-a-thons, Fun Runs, Dance-a-thons, and Read-a-thons are among our favorite school fundraising ideas.
Our favorite event for elementary schools has to be the Read-a-thon. These events are incredibly easy to host, and encouraging young students to read more is something any teacher or parent can get behind. Talk about a win-win!
